Setup Maintenance Analyst

The Setup Maintenance Analyst will research and resolve utility processing issues, maintain account information, and contribute to innovative solutions for client issues. Responsibilities Researching accounts to determine what is preventing a bill from being processed and resolving those issues Maintaining and updating account information in the Conservice database to prevent and resolve setup problems Researching utility provider changes and updating them in the company database Inputting new vendors into the database Finding inefficient processes and creating innovative solutions Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice Low phone usage- 5% or less Skills Self-motivated to find the 'why' behind the problem and resolve the issue Attention to detail Self-motivated while performing repetitive tasks Organized during daily processes Able to take ownership of work and performance Clear and professional written and verbal communication Able to effectively manage time and prioritize workload Benefits Performance based bonus program Company Overview Conservice is the largest utility management and billing company in the United States.
