ServiceNow HRSD Team Lead

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, MIS, or related field.

3–5+ years of management experience in ServiceNow or enterprise-level IT solutions.

Demonstrated success leading and developing technical and functional teams.

Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including HRSD module, and custom application development.

Proficiency in the Software Development Lifecycle and Agile, Lean, and Scrum methodologies.

Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives.

Location: US DomesticCertain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $109,200.00 to $136,500.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.The well-being of WWT employees is essential. The Team Lead will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure ServiceNow solutions align with organizational goals and deliver measurable value. RESPONSIBILITIES:Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ServiceNow developers and analysts located in the US and internationally.

Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance culture aligned with WWT’s core values.

Conduct regular 1-on-1s, provide coaching, and support career development for direct reports.

Oversee hiring, performance management, and team member recognition.
ServiceNow Solution Delivery
Oversee the design, implementation, and support of ServiceNow solutions across HR, Finance, and Global business domains.

Collaborate with IT, architecture, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative ServiceNow solutions.

Ensure teams meet commitments while adhering to organizational quality, methodology, and architecture standards.

Promote delivery best practices and drive continuous improvement in ServiceNow processes and solutions.
Process Improvement & Issue Resolution
Proactively identify and resolve issues impacting delivery and team effectiveness.

Champion continuous improvement, delivery excellence, and quality within and across teams.

Escalate and remove impediments to maximize team performance.
Stakeholder Engagement
Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, translating technical and process details for diverse audiences.

Partner with Product Owners, Scrum Coaches, and other leaders to drive efficient value delivery.
