Service Team Member (Insurance)

Summary
We are looking for a meticulous Service Team Member with a background in insurance to enhance our daily service operations. This position is crucial for processing requests, issuing certificates, and ensuring precise and prompt documentation in a dynamic setting.
Responsibilities
Review requests from clients, banks, and landlords
Prepare and issue insurance certificates and related documents
Assist with processing endorsement requests
Support policy binding activities during 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST
Ensure service delivery is accurate, timely, and compliant
Maintain professional communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
Issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs) accurately based on policy details and client requirements
Requirements
Requirements:
Hands-on experience in insurance servicing (COIs, endorsements, policy changes) required
Experience working within an Agency Management System (AMS) such as Applied Epic, AMS360, or similar
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in written and verbal English communication
Dependable and service-oriented
