Intelligent Automation Engineer – Entry Level
Job Description: • Develop, test, and maintain automation workflows and product enhancements that improve operational efficiency and user experience. • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA to ensure successful releases that meet both business and customer needs. • Participate fully in Agile ceremonies, helping the Scrum team achieve a 90% sprint completion rate and maintain a rollover rate below 10%. • Deliver quarterly strategic projects within the approved scope, timeline, and stakeholder expectations. • Identify and address technical bottlenecks, sharing ideas to improve process efficiency and code reliability. Requirements: • Basic understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles. • Hands-on experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, C#, JavaScript, etc). • Basic understanding of relational databases and query structures. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Excellent collaboration, communication, and documentation skills.
