Job Description for Service Driver:
We're seeking responsible and motivated individuals to ensure timely deliveries of packages, food, or retail items to our customers during peak demand periods.
Responsibilities for Service Driver:
The core duties for a Service Driver include verifying the accuracy of delivery orders before departure:
Ā Safely drive a vehicle to deliver products promptly to customers as required.
Ā Perform the tasks of loading, unloading, inspecting, and driving a delivery vehicle as per specified routes and time schedules.
Ā Establish clear and concise interactions with dispatchers, customers, and superiors.
Ā Ensure the safe and accurate delivery of packages to their rightful recipients.
Ā Offer exceptional customer assistance, addressing inquiries promptly.
Ā Observe and comply with the policies of the company, adhere to safety regulations, and follow driving laws.
Requirements for Service Driver:
Ā Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ā Ability to operate GPS devices and follow driving directions. Must be able to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
Ā b time management and organizational skills. Positive attitude and b communication skills.
Ā Must be willing to work during peak seasons, including weekends and holidays.
