Position: Dispatchers, Except Police, Fire, and Ambulance
Type: Independent Contractor
Compensation: $60ā$100/hour
Location: US, UK, or Canada
Duration: 3ā4 weeks
Commitment: 15+ hours/week
Role Responsibilities
ā¢ Design questions related to your occupation as a Dispatcher to enhance AI model training.
ā¢ Collaborate with AI research teams to improve training data quality and performance.
ā¢ Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
ā¢ Ensure the use of a desktop or laptop computer for project tasks.
Qualifications
Must-Have
ā¢ 4+ years full-time work experience as a Dispatcher, Except Police, Fire, and Ambulance.
ā¢ Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
Compensation & Legal
ā¢ At-will contractor to Mercor.
ā¢ Paid weekly via Stripe Connect based on logged project hours.
ā¢ Cannot support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates.
