Key Responsibilities
Service Design & Strategy
Lead the development of a holistic service design strategy for the AI platform, ensuring a seamless, intuitive, and valuable end-user experience across all products.
Champion user-centric design principles, embedding user research, feedback, and usability testing into the core of the delivery lifecycle.
End-to-End Delivery Management
Oversee the entire delivery lifecycle, from initial planning and architectural design through to execution, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
Implement and optimize robust project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban) to guarantee predictable on-time delivery, effective scope management, and the highest quality outcomes.
Cross-Functional Orchestration
Act as the primary liaison between Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, and other key business units to ensure strategic alignment and frictionless execution.
Translate complex product requirements and high-level strategic goals into clear, actionable technical plans and delivery roadmaps for the development teams.
Quality & Architectural Governance
Ensure all delivered solutions are robust, scalable, and well-architected to meet both current user needs and future business growth.
Establish and oversee the final testing and quality assurance frameworks to guarantee all products meet rigorous standards before release.
