Server Part Time - Senior Living
Allegro Tallahassee our beautiful premier Senior Living Community, is seeking a Part-Time Server for our evening shift ending by 8pm, days are flexible, and will include some weekends and holidays.
Previous serving experience is preferred but not required - must be 18 years old or older. Must have a positive attitude, love seniors, team morale and a sense of leadership. This opportunity will give you an incredible opportunity to grow your career.

The primary responsibility of the Server is to accommodate residents and guests during their dining experience by attending to their needs in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.
Areas of Responsibility
? Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner as well as approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner.
? Serve food in an efficient and professional manner.
? Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal according to Company protocol.
? Maintain a clean dining room. Chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas should be wiped down and sanitized after every meal period.
? Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents apartments as needed.
? Label and date all food.

Required Qualifications
? Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
? Must pay attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
? Must have positive Criminal Background Screening.
? The Community is a drug free workplace; associates are subject to adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy.
