Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist licensed in New Mexico to provide virtual speech therapy services to K-12 students. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact while enjoying the flexibility and convenience of remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students’ needs.
• Provide engaging, virtual therapy sessions for students with various speech and language challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements.
Qualifications:
• Licensure: Current New Mexico SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred.
• Technology Skills: Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and digital tools (training provided).
• Certification: Must hold or be eligible for a New Mexico Public Education Department (PED) licensure.
• Skills: Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities.
