Below is the role description for Anschutz Campus Qgenda BA/QA role. Role: PeopleSoft - Qgenda Integration BA/QA role Start Date: Immediate Duration: 9 Months Location: Remote in US, with ability to travel to Denver Colorado for couple of days every quarter Desired Skillset: Experience in Qgenda Scheduling system and integration with other Timekeeping systems such as PeopleSoft, Kronos etc. Responsibilities: - This role is to support BA and QA tasks for integration of Qgenda Scheduling system with PeopleSoft Time and Labor - Support data reconciliation and validation between QGenda and PeopleSoft - Define data integration requirements, including data mapping, transformation, and validation rules on the Qgenda in alignment to PeopleSoft Time and Labor - Create detailed test cases covering inbound/outbound integrations, business rules, and exception handling - Validate scheduling data, time entries, premiums, and labor rules flowing from QGenda to PeopleSoft - Log, track, and manage defects through resolution in collaboration with technical and functional teams - Coordinate closely with integration developer and PeopleSoft functional lead - Develop and execute test plans, including system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Troubleshoot integration issues and work with technical teams to resolve defects. - Document integration flows, configurations, and process changes for audit and support purposes.
