SEO Expert Needed for E-commerce Brand (On-Page + Off-Page + Technical SEO) - Contract to Hire

We’re looking for an experienced SEO specialist to help scale our fast-growing e-commerce brand. The goal is to improve organic rankings, increase qualified traffic, and drive consistent sales through a strong long-term SEO strategy.

This role requires both on-page and off-page SEO, along with technical understanding of e-commerce SEO best practices.

Keyword research (transactional + informational)

Product page optimization

Collection/category page optimization

Meta titles, descriptions, headings

Internal linking strategy

Content optimization for blogs and landing pages

Schema markup implementation

Technical SEO

Site speed improvements

Indexing and crawl optimization

Search Console & GA setup/review

Fixing technical errors

Shopify/WooCommerce SEO best practices (mention your platform)

Off-Page SEO

High-quality backlink strategy

Guest posting & outreach

Digital PR opportunities

Competitor backlink analysis

Authority building in our niche

Requirements:

Proven experience with e-commerce SEO

Strong understanding of Google algorithms

Ability to show past results (traffic growth, ranking improvements)

Experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.

Clear reporting and communication

Ability to work long-term
