About Stay Tales Stay Tales is a fast-growing hospitality marketing brand dedicated to helping resorts and boutique stays scale their visibility, revenue, and guest experience through powerful digital strategies. We specialise in performance-driven marketing, creative content, and end-to-end reservation management for hotels and resorts across Kerala. We are looking for a results-focused SEO & Digital Marketing Expert who can elevate our online presence, optimise performance, and drive consistent organic and paid growth for our partner properties. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing for Stay Tales and partner resorts. Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify ranking opportunities and guide the content team. Implement strong on-page & off-page SEO practices including content optimisation, meta improvements, backlink building, and landing page audits. Manage, optimise, and scale paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads with a focus on lead generation, bookings, and ROI. Track, analyse, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and Meta Business Suite. Collaborate closely with creative, design, and content teams to deliver high-impact, SEO-friendly digital assets. Stay current with evolving digital marketing trends, search engine updates, and industry best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in SEO, digital marketing, and performance-driven campaigns. Strong command of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, etc. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Malayalam is a plus). Basic understanding of website structure, UX, and CMS platforms like WordPress. Creative mindset with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields preferred (experience also highly valued).
