We are looking for a serious, detail-oriented writer who can produce high-authority, fully researched, SEO-driven content that can compete with (and beat) top-ranking sites. What We Need We need long-form content pages that are: • 100% original and human-written (no AI-generated content) • Deeply researched with credible sources and citations • Structured to rank in Google for competitive keywords • Built as authoritative resources, not surface-level articles Each page should feel like: “This is the best resource on the internet for this topic.” Content Types You will primarily create: • State-specific landlord-tenant law pages • “How-to” guides (e.g., eviction process, lease creation, rent increases) • Legal document explainers (lease agreements, notices, addendums) • Landlord resource hub pages Content Requirements Each piece must include: 1.
