Senior Workday Change Management Consultant

We are looking for aSenior Workday Change Management Consultant who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success. Requirements (What We’re Looking For): • 2-3 + years experience supporting the development of change management-related deliverables for clients across various industries (required) • Workday Pro Certification, or prior experience with a Workday ecosystem partner or Workday directly (required) • Experience in change management within Workday implementation projects (required) • Experience with training development of visual job aids, instructor-led trainings and training delivery (required) • Consulting experience either as an internal Workday consultant or with a consulting/software company (preferred) • Prosci Certification (preferred) • Experience working with e-learning tools such as Captivate, Articulate, or Camtasia (preferred) • Understanding of HCM and/or Financial concepts and processes • Experience with Human Resource or Financial system implementations, Workday Launch methodology a plus • Ability to spearhead the planning and execution of the change management programs independently • Exceptional oral and written communication skills • Collaborative spirit, and willing to work with various types of TopBloc and client stakeholders to gain deep understanding of client challenges, change impacts, and build roadmap for success • Support clients in completing Change Management deliverables and help them achieve their user adoption metrics • Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration • Advanced knowledge of bolthires Workspace and bolthires Office Suite, particularly bolthires Excel, and PowerPoint,bolthires Sheets and bolthires Slides programs • Excellent organization skills with ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously • Ability to travel 25% - 50% Responsibilities (What You’ll Do): • Implement change management deliverables/activities for clients, including: readiness assessment, stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, champion network, communications plan, training plan, education materials, and user adoption metrics • Develop and design client-specific training materials, including: visual job aids, instructor-led training presentations, and e-learning videos • Deliver instructor-led training sessions to client • Lead weekly meetings with client to provide project updates, track project status, and resolve questions or issues • Collaborate with functional team members to identify change and process impacts.Understand client configuration and updates for better delivery of change deliverables • Provide support and mentorship to junior team members, delegate client Change Management activities to promote continuous learning and career progression • Support ongoing business development of the Change Management practice by suggesting methodology improvements Physical Requirements: • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Benefits (What We’re Offering): • Fast-paced and result oriented work culture with competitive base salary and quarterly bonuses • Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Basic Life Insurance coverage • Additional voluntary life insurance available • Paid Parental Leave & Pregnancy Related Medical Leave • Generous paid sick leave • Unlimited PTO • Monthly wellness/gym subsidy • Monthly phone subsidy • 401 (k) and ROTH retirement savings plan with matching • Employee Assistance Program • Company sponsored volunteer opportunities, LinkedIn Learning access, company and team outings TopBloc is an Equal Opportunity EmployerThe hiring base pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.At TopBloc, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
