Tucson HOA Defense Litigation Attorney - Hybrid / Remote
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated junior litigation attorney to join our boutique law firm client's team in Tucson, Arizona. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in community association law, real estate, contracts, bankruptcy, and other general litigation related areas. Whether you are an entry-level attorney or have limited experience, this role provides a supportive environment for growth and skill development. Responsibilities:
• Manage a diverse caseload from inception to resolution under the guidance of senior attorneys.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
• Draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and arguments in court.
• Maintain communication with clients to gather information and provide updates on case progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues to negotiate settlements and develop effective case strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all legal procedures and maintain organized case files.
• Participate in continued education and training to enhance legal skills and knowledge.
• Provide excellent service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues effectively.
• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona and in good standing with the Arizona State Bar.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently while producing high-quality work.
• Detail-oriented with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
• No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
