Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Linux-based software following best practices Debug and enhance code for performance and issue resolutionAutomate development and testing workflows with scripts and toolsParticipate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.Maintain technical documentation, including design specs and APIsWork closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, QA engineers, and hardware teams, to ensure successful project execution Required Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in Python, Golang, and C/C++, with experience in backend development and system scriptingExperience with Redis for building responsive products through data storage and cachingGood understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, IPsec) Hands-on experience with debugging and profiling toolsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.3 to 6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, with focus on Python and Linux backend developmentBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Good to Have Skills: Experience with InfluxDB and its ecosystem, including Telegraf for data collection and Inlet for data ingestion.Experience with Vector Packet Processing (VPP) for high-performance networking applications.
