Key Responsibilities
Drive Key Initiatives: Lead and manage critical projects across various imagery workstreams, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals and timelines.
Create Custom Analytic Reports: Analyze and synthesize complex data and trends to develop custom reports that communicate picture quality insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Improve Current Systems: Evaluate existing practices and leverage data to propose and design meaningful process modifications that enhance operational efficiency and output quality.
Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted strategic advisor for cross-functional teams, maintaining alignment among a diverse group of stakeholders to achieve value-driven outcomes.

Professional Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience improving processes, reporting, and metrics in Operations, Business Analysis, or Strategy roles.
Technical Proficiency: Strong analytical capabilities with direct experience analyzing and interpreting large datasets. SQL experience is required, and Google Data Studio dashboarding experience is preferred.
