Responsibilities:
Ā Greet clients warmly and professionally, both in person and over the phone.
Ā Manage appointments and maintain an organized reception area.
Ā Assist clients with basic technology-related inquiries
Ā Scan and digitize client documents.
Ā Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and handling mail.
Ā Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to data privacy protocols.
Qualifications:
Ā High school diploma or equivalent.
Ā Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ā Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ā Comfortable using various technological devices (e.g., computers, scanners, printers).
Ā Basic understanding of AI concepts and applications.
Ā Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ā Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Ā Prior experience in an office setting is a plus.
