Senior Transportation Project Manager/Engineering Manager - Remote Opportunity

As a remote position, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere within MN or relocate to MN within 6-12 months, with occasional travel required.

About the Role:
The Senior Transportation Project Manager/Engineering Manager will be responsible for:
Fostering relationships with existing clients and cultivating new ones to drive growth and strength in our public works portfolio
Identifying and pursuing projects in the roads and highways market that align with our services
Mentoring and supporting project managers, engineers, technicians, and landscape architects
Monitoring and tracking project budgets, staff utilization, and financial targets
Leading roadway projects of varying complexity, scope, scale, and budgets
Responding to requests for proposals and leading public meetings
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited college
10+ years of Civil Engineering experience
Working knowledge of MnDOT and Minnesota local agency specifications, design practices, and project assembly requirements
Professional Engineer licensure
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Progressive work experience directing and leading roadway projects in Minnesota
Previous experience with roadway design using Microstation, Geopak/ORD
Progressive experience overseeing engineering team members
Proven ability to develop and maintain a client base
