Join us in shaping the future of orthopedic sales, where your dedication will drive our success story.Area: Łódź and Świętokrzyskie VoivodeshipsWhat will you be doing?Drive Profitable Sales: Effectively sell the orthopedic product portfolio to achieve sales targets for the territory, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.Territory Management: Acquire and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the territory, including customer profiles, business potential, purchasing processes, competitor activities, and market trends. Utilize this information to develop strategic plans for territory growth.Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, business prospects, and competitor activities. Additionally, deliver quarterly reports on sales performance, territory business plans, and market trends, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.Asset Management: Manage the company's assets within the territory, including loan and consignment inventory, to ensure a profitable return on investment. Monitor inventory levels, track usage, and optimize asset allocation to meet sales objectives.Identify Business Opportunities: Continuously assess the territory and market to identify new business opportunities with existing customers and potential new clients. Develop and implement strategies to capitalize on these opportunities, fostering growth and expansion.Customer Engagement and Support: Provide technical advice and training to customers on Smith & Nephew products, ensuring high levels of user competence and satisfaction. Follow up on all sales leads, customer inquiries, and requests for assistance promptly, delivering exceptional service and maximizing sales opportunities. Collaborate with colleagues from other parts of Smith & Nephew to leverage cross-business opportunities within the territory and enhance overall company performance.What will you need to be successful?We are seeking a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with a background in ortho or sports medicine.
