This role is structured as a Contract-to-Hire position with a 60-day trial period. Sully.ai maintains an exceptionally high performance bar, and this structure ensures mutual alignment before transitioning to full-time. What You'll Do • Build and enforce end-to-end project governance across Sully.ai’s agents and teams. • Define sprint cadence and delivery standards to accelerate cross-functional execution. • Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for rapid, high-quality releases. • Translate complex technical milestones into clear stakeholder communication. • Establish playbooks and repeatable frameworks for engineering delivery. What You Must Bring • 7+ years in technical project/program management, with at least 3 in early-stage startups. • Strong command of Agile methodologies (JIRA, retrospectives, sprint planning). • Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions). • Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and scripting in Python/Bash. • Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders. First-Month Focus • Audit current project workflows and delivery bottlenecks across teams. • Define sprint cadence and reporting structure for all active projects. • Stand up initial CI/CD improvements to shorten release cycles. 90 Days OKRs • Establish a repeatable delivery framework adopted across all technical projects. • Reduce deployment cycle time by 30% through CI/CD optimization. • Launch a cross-functional reporting process ensuring 100% stakeholder alignment.
