About the Role: Senior Technical Program Manager, Customer 360 We're seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead our Customer 360 (C360) initiative, a critical enterprise-wide program that involves the migration of over 90 applications to the POA Source of data and the creation of a US Profile hub within C360. As a key driver of this initiative, you'll be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of this complex program, navigating ambiguous situations, and communicating effectively with leaders at all levels. Key Responsibilities: Steer execution on defined program-level goals for medium-to-high complexity programs, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. Work within and across teams to anticipate, track, and resolve risks and impediments to delivery, leveraging your technical expertise and program management skills. Lead technical program conversations, articulating solutions and co-developing documentation to ensure clarity and alignment. Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to build implementation roadmaps, providing strategic guidance and technical oversight. Facilitate meetings with leadership on delivery status and key decisions needed to support project delivery, ensuring transparency and stakeholder alignment. Mentor, guide, and support Technical Project Managers and other team members as needed, fostering a culture of growth and development. Track and interpret relevant OKR/KPIs, identifying key insights and next steps to drive program success. Participate in PI planning meetings and other Agile ceremonies, contributing to prioritization discussions and pressure testing plans for feasibility, capacity, and risk. Drive coordination, collaboration, and alignment between Product Owners, Architects, and Engineers to meet regulatory and technical requirements. Monitor and ensure compliance with SDLC standards, promoting a culture of quality and excellence. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred. 3+ years of experience in program delivery and project management, with a proven track record of success. Technical knowledge sufficient to understand and discuss technical challenges and systems design. Strong understanding of organizational, product, and industry standard metrics, with the ability to leverage metrics to diagnose problems and improve delivery. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, SAFe). Experience with Agile/SAFe/Lean methodologies. Experience managing multiple initiatives, priorities, and teams. Working understanding of major coding languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++). Experience writing technical documentation. Skills and Competencies: Technical problem-solving and issue-resolution abilities. Ability to manage cross-functional projects with technical depth. Strong understanding of interconnections between various business priorities. Demonstrated knowledge of project management processes, tools, and techniques. Adaptive communication, Agile practices, and technical acumen.
