We're currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Technical Program Leader to drive the success of our customer experience orchestration initiatives and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) implementation. What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Technical Program Leader at arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of our customer data transformation journey. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring our initiatives are delivered with excellence while aligning with our overarching business objectives.

Strategic Leadership

Drive the Customer Data Platform (CDP) strategy, ensuring full alignment with organization-wide objectives and business goals
Lead the planning and implementation of enterprise-wide use cases, ensuring seamless alignment with enterprise desires and measurable outcomes
Maintain a deep understanding of the ever-evolving industry landscape to incorporate best practices and emerging trends into program strategy


Program Management Excellence

Create, maintain, and track comprehensive program plans and schedules, resource estimates, and roadblocks throughout the entire program lifecycle
Monitor and track program progress meticulously, addressing any issues or delays proactively
Implement robust program risk management strategies to mitigate potential barriers before they impact deliverables


Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to define application controls, governance structures, and success parameters
Navigate complex challenges, providing innovative solutions and ensuring all teams align on a unified vision
Establish clear communication channels across teams, ensuring transparency and fluidity in information dissemination
Facilitate cross-departmental coordination and communication for smooth program execution


Technical Oversight

Troubleshoot technical issues related to the platform and implement effective solutions
Collaborate with IT and other teams to align on technology desires and implementations
Keep abreast of the latest trends in customer data platform technologies and Adobe Experience Platform capabilities


Team Development

Mentor and guide teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning
Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking


What We're Looking For: Minimum Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and business acumen:


Proven experience in program management, preferably in the field of customer data systems and personalization technologies
Strong interpersonal skills with a flair for building and nurturing relationships across departments and stakeholder groups
Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with the ability to see and solve both situational and systemic challenges
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a track record of guiding teams to successful outcomes
Strong technical aptitude, especially with customer data management and integration platforms
Experience working in Digital, Ecommerce, Marketing, or Loyalty organizations
A commitment to diversity – embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
Education: High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
Authorization: Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States


What Will Give You a Competitive Edge: Preferred Qualifications

While not required, these qualifications will help you stand out:


Professional certification in program or project management (PMP, CSM, or equivalent)
Prior experience working with Adobe Experience Platform or similar customer data platforms
Deep knowledge of omnichannel marketing techniques and implementation challenges
Prior experience with enterprise Project Management tools including Adobe Workfront, JIRA, or similar platforms
Experience in a large organization or Fortune 500 company
