We offer a hybrid work schedule (one week in the office, one week of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Systems Analyst/Engineer with proficiency in .NET and SQL. Works independently on the most complex projects, at the highest technical level, of all phases of applications systems analysis activities. Formulates or defines system scope and objectives, based on user needs. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems, considering computer capacity and limitations, operating time, and desired results. Works in multi-platform environments, on multi-project assignments. Guides and advises less experienced Systems Analysts. Monitored on projects' progress and results

Please note - this is NOT a Server Administrator role.

As a senior level member of the team, this role may provide input in setting objectives and policy, identifying critical issues and introducing new concepts.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

5+ years of relevant exempt experience in directly related field.

In-depth experience in programming (.NET and SQL) and systems analysis required.
Experience in adapting and applying rapidly changing technology to business needs.
Demonstrated competency in verbal communications, written communications, and interpersonal understanding.
Demonstrated ability to seek out and understand customers' issues and business needs.
Demonstrated ability to handle deadlines and pressure.
Conceptual thinking and reasoning abilities.

Education Requirements

Degree or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience may be accepted in lieu of preferred level of education:

Bachelor

Preferred Discipline(s): Business, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics

Other disciplines may be substituted for the preferred discipline(s) listed above.
