As a remote-first company, we offer the flexibility and autonomy to work from anywhere, with occasional travel required to meet with clients and colleagues. **Key Responsibilities** As a Senior Strategy Consultant in our Customer Value Advisory Finance & Risk team, you'll be responsible for: * Leading strategic workstreams in finance transformation programs for banking clients, working closely with senior stakeholders to shape client value propositions and drive strategic initiatives. * Translating complex business challenges into innovative solutions and actionable roadmaps, leveraging your analytical skills and technical expertise to drive business outcomes. * Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, delivery, and architecture, to deliver complex transformation programs and drive business growth. * Supporting client engagements from early shaping to execution, including C-level interactions, to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction. * Contributing to internal capability building and team development, sharing your expertise and experience to help our team grow and succeed. * Bringing thought leadership on bank steering, KPIs, financial performance, and risk management, helping to shape our finance and risk transformation offering and drive business growth. * Helping to define and evolve our finance and risk transformation offering, leveraging your expertise and experience to drive business outcomes and client satisfaction. **Job Location** This is a remote-first role, based in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, UK, Serbia, or Romania.
