Role Description
We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for US-based medical administrative professionals with experience in healthcare provider organizations and insurance-related administrative workflows. This role supports a short insight study designed to gather high-quality operational perspectives from administrative staff working in healthcare settings such as hospitals, medical groups, clinics, and behavioral health organizations.
Selected professionals will complete a short survey that includes audio responses and multiple-choice questions, helping provide structured real-world insights based on their administrative experience in provider-side healthcare environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Survey Participation & Insight Sharing
• Complete a 30–45 minute survey based on administrative experience in a healthcare provider organization
• Provide accurate operational insights based on real-world experience
• Record brief audio responses and complete multiple-choice questions
• Submission & Completion
• Submit all required materials through a secure platform
• Complete participation by the stated deadline
• Ensure responses are accurate, complete, and aligned with eligibility requirements
Qualifications
• Current employment as full-time, part-time, or self-employed administrative staff in a healthcare provider organization
• Experience working in hospitals, medical groups, clinics, behavioral health organizations, or similar provider-side healthcare settings
• Administrative background in roles such as Office Manager, Billing, or Credentialing
• Some involvement in insurance-related tasks or contracting decisions
• Ability to provide clear, accurate responses based on professional experience
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience interacting with major insurers representing at least 10% of the practice's patients
• Familiarity with administrative workflows involving billing, credentialing, payer interactions, or insurance processes
• Comfort completing short structured surveys with audio responses
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
