About the roleYou’ll be part of a global team focused on customer value creation with finance & risk solutions in strategic customer opportunities. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll help shape client value propositions, lead strategic initiatives, and support delivery across complex transformation programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and technology.Key responsibilitiesLead strategic workstreams in finance transformation programs for banking clientsTranslate complex business challenges into innovative solutions and actionable roadmapsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including product, delivery, and architectureSupport client engagements from early shaping to execution, including C-level interactionsContribute to internal capability building and team developmentBring thought leadership on bank steering, KPIs, financial performance and risk managementHelp define and evolve our finance & risk transformation offeringJob locationRemote-first role based in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, UK, Serbia or Romania.
