Job Summary We are looking for experienced Call Center Customer Service Representatives to work full-time from home, providing exceptional service to our healthcare clients. As a Blithequark team member, you will be responsible for answering calls, listening to concerns, and addressing issues in a polite and methodical manner. You will also be required to schedule appointments, gather information from patients and providers, and maintain accurate records of all conversations. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls from healthcare clients, listen to concerns, and address issues in a polite and methodical manner. Provide exceptional customer service, resolving questions and issues in a timely and professional manner. Schedules appointments and gather information from patients and providers. Maintain accurate records of all conversations in our call center database. Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. Be patient and willing to explain things more than one way to a customer, adapting your attitude and conversation to different personality types. Requirements: Essential Qualifications: At least 1 year of Call Center Customer Service experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and active listening skills. Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment. Internet service and a Personal Computer with Windows 10/11 and at least 8 GB of memory. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in the healthcare industry. Familiarity with call center software and technology. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
