Senior Strategist, Corporate Strategy & Investor Relations
About this Role
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, planning, performance, and institutional communications. You will structure complex business issues, interpret financial and operational performance, and help shape strategic priorities – executing and synthesizing analyses as well as cross-functional inputs into clear, well-structured materials tailored to purpose and audience (e.g., leadership team, internal stakeholders, Board of Directors, and investors).
You will act as a cross-functional integrator, working with Strategy, Finance, and business and technology teams to ensure analyses, decisions, and messaging aligned, rigorous, and coherent over time – especially through high-stakes engagements such as Board updates, investor meetings, and strategy & planning cycle.
What will you doStructure ambiguous business issues into clear problem statements, options, trade-offs, and implications to support senior leadership discussionsConduct targeted research, analyses, and performance data interpretation as well as industry / competitive analyses to identify key drivers, risks, and strategic implicationsPrepare high-quality materials (e.g., presentations, briefing notes, and Q&A readiness), tailored to audiences across leadership, internal stakeholders, the Board, and investorsManage communications and engagements with leadership, internal stakeholders, the Board, and investors (including investor meetings and roadshows)Maintain communication and engagement records / logs, incorporating feedback to refine positioning and messaging over timeCoordinate cross-functionally across Strategy, Finance, business units, and technology teams to gather inputs, validate assumptions, drive decisions, and ensure alignment – while strengthening processes and cadencesUphold high standards of integrity, accuracy, defensibility, documentation, and disclosure support (as applicable); ensure consistency and coherence of messaging across time periods and stakeholders
Who we are looking for5–7 years of experience in strategy, planning, FP&A, investor relations, strategic finance, executive office, consulting, or related rolesBachelors or Masters degree in a quantitative field preferred (e.g., finance, engineering, economics, or related disciplines)Strong structured thinking: ability to frame ambiguous problems and develop clear options, trade-offs, and recommendationsSolid financial and business performance literacy, with the ability to translate analyses into actionable insights and narrativesStrong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Thai – with high attention to detailDemonstrated experience preparing executive-ready materials for senior leadership, Board-level forums, and / or investorsStrong ownership, cross-functional influence, judgment, and discretion; thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments while maintaining high professional maturity, awareness, and composureNice-to-haves: background in financial services / lending, experience supporting Board and investor engagements as well as strategy & planning cadences, and prior exposure to IPO / fundraising processes
