Senior Transformation Sales Executive

Position Summary:

The Store Transformation Sales Specialist is a high-impact sales professional tasked with creating and implementing the strategic vision for delivering customized solutions that drive business growth. Responsible for overseeing Store Transformation sales for an assigned region, you will execute a strategy alongside your sales counterparts, fostering and maintaining strategic relationships, guiding product development through client feedback, and aligning cross-functional efforts to ensure the realization of strategic sales goals. Deep product and industry knowledge, coupled with the ability to navigate high-level sales discussions, allows you to effectively position our offerings to meet client objectives and achieve sales excellence.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
• Establish and execute a comprehensive strategic vision for Store Transformation solution sales across your territory that aligns with overall corporate objectives and growth targets.
• Engage in high-level consultations to uncover client needs and propose value-driven solutions.
• Lead negotiations for your opportunities, including contract terms, pricing, and non-standard requirements, and leaning in to help close.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with clients, industry leaders, and internally, collaborating across departments to align product offerings with market demands.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, identify new business opportunities, and serve as an ambassador for the company in client and industry settings.
• Provide ongoing enablement of field sales concerning software updates, industry trends, value selling and buying models.
• Drive sales reporting, funnel management and accurate sales forecasting principles with weekly reporting to management.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in solution sales or senior sales roles, preferably in retail with a focus on software and services
• Keen understanding of front of house operations, preferably a deep understanding of technologies used to enhance and transform user experience including SCO, shrink reduction solutions, AI/ML, and related.
• Strong track record of achieving sales objectives and business development.
• Expert consultation and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently in the defined region for both client and industry events.
• Proven ability to lead complex sales cycles, build relationships with C-level executives, and negotiate multi-million-dollar contracts.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Expertise in presenting and selling technical products to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrable success in running sales campaigns into the retail market.
• Extensive experience in SaaS and selling complex technology solutions.
• Ability to influence and drive decisions in client engagements.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to forecast market trends.
• Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
