Key Responsibilities:
Ensure timely delivery of products and services to internal departments
Supervise daily store operations and maintain accurate stock records
Arrange receiving of materials, ensure quality of received goods, and liaise with departmental heads for returns or replacements
Communicate effectively with superiors, peers, and subordinates
Generate GRN on receiving goods and coordinate with the purchase department for all goods purchases
Requirements:
Diploma in Material Management with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field
Knowledge of legislative processes and occupational safety and health
Experience in a stores environment and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
