Innovation & Strategy Business Analyst

Department: Innovation & Strategy Team Reports To: Director of Innovation & Strategy Location: Remote (anywhere in the US or Canada) Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $100,000 -$125,000 base Summary Cyclotron seeks an IS Business Analyst to support innovation and AI strategy projects through research, data analysis, and documentation. The Analyst gathers business requirements, maps processes, and prepares insights for client presentations, ensuring deliverables are accurate and actionable. Responsibilities • Execute innovation and AI strategy projects for clients • Conduct research and data analysis for innovation projects • Gather and document business requirements and process maps • Prepare client deliverables and presentation materials • Support project tracking, reporting, and team capacity management • Collaborate with strategists and project leads to ensure timely delivery • Contribute to internal knowledge base and process improvement Requirements • 3+ years in business analysis, consulting, or project support • Strong analytical and research skills • Experience with process mapping and documentation • Excellent written and verbal communication • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables • Familiarity with AI and digital transformation preferred • Experience facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders • Strong understanding of business process design and governance • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics • Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn new business processes and applications and work independently • Ability to manage and execute activities with the flexibility to adjust plans quickly, as needed Additional Knowledge & Skills • Consulting experience preferred • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools Details • Sanitized examples of deliverables will be required 30-60-90 Day Plan First 30 Days • Learn Cyclotron’s innovation frameworks and project tracking tools • Shadow team members in client engagements • Begin supporting documentation and research tasks Next 60 Days • Own documentation for assigned projects • Prepare client-ready deliverables and reports • Support project tracking and reporting Next 90 Days • Independently manage analysis and documentation for multiple projects • Contribute to process improvement and internal best practices • Assist in scaling project support as practice grows Cyclotron is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
