Position Overview We're looking for a goal-oriented and user-focused developer who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Senior Staff UI Engineer , you'll be responsible for creating safe, robust, and high-quality solutions that meet customer and system requirements. Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing UI elements and tools for our mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience across various platforms, including iOS, iPadOS, and VisionOS. Key Responsibilities: Technical Responsibilities: Design and implement UI elements and tools, such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets, for our mobile applications. Collaborate with the marketing team, internal and external designers, and other stakeholders to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for our digital users. Adhere to style standards on typography and graphic design, ensuring consistency across our applications. Follow and implement iOS Human Interface Guidelines in our iOS product(s). Debug any UI code and implement UI frameworks for mobile applications. General Responsibilities: Work closely with UI/UX designers, Marketing, and Project Management teams to ensure the success of projects. Lead and support other team members in creating and implementing UI elements, holding them accountable for delivering high-quality results. Drive business priorities with passion, energy, and a focus on quality. Requirements and Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Relevant years of experience in UI development and designing, with a strong portfolio of work. Preferred Qualifications: 4+ years of work experience in UI development, with a focus on mobile applications. 2+ years of work experience in iOS/iPadOS development, with expertise in iOS, iPadOS, and VisionOS. Working knowledge of design tools, such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, Visio, and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with Design Systems and human-centered design principles. Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
