Job Description
We are looking for a Senior SQL Developer to join our Agile/Scrum team. This position will focus on managing and developing solutions for CMS Interoperability and TCM auto assignment. This position will be contract and remote.
What You'll Do
ā¢ Design, develop, and maintain SQL code and databases for CMS Interoperability and TCM auto assignment projects
ā¢ Collaborate with agile/scrum teams to deliver high-quality solutions in line with project timelines
ā¢ Participate in daily scrum calls, sprint planning, and reviews
ā¢ Ensure data integrity and optimize database performance
ā¢ Develop and implement data standards and best practices for interoperability
ā¢ Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues promptly
ā¢ Provide technical guidance and support to team members
What You'll Need
Required:
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
ā¢ 6-7+ years' experience as a SQL Developer, particularly in healthcare or related industries
ā¢ Strong knowledge of healthcare data standards and CMS Interoperability
ā¢ Proficiency in SQL coding, database design, and performance tuning
ā¢ Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in scrum teams
ā¢ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
ā¢ Strong communication skills and the ability to report progress effectively in scrum calls
Preferred:
ā¢ Experience with TCM auto assignment processes
ā¢ Knowledge of data integration and ETL processes
ā¢ Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in healthcare data management
ā¢ Experience with Qvera would be a plus
