Senior Specialist, Account Receivables

Manage accounts receivables process: Responsible for overseeing the entire accounts receivables process, including invoicing, payment tracking, and collections.
Ensure timely and accurate collection of payments: Monitor and follow up on outstanding balances, proactively identifying and resolving any issues to ensure timely and accurate collection of payments from clients.
Maintain accurate records: Keep detailed and accurate records of all accounts receivables transactions, including payments, adjustments, and client communications.
Provide outstanding customer service: Communicate with clients in a professional and timely manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have regarding their accounts.
Analyze data and provide insights: Utilize analytical skills to review and analyze accounts, identifying trends and areas for improvement in the collections process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to resolve any issues related to accounts receivables and provide support as needed.
Mentor and train team members: Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and training to team members to ensure effective execution of the accounts receivables process.
Stay updated on industry trends: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to accounts receivables, and make recommendations for process improvements as necessary.
Ensure compliance: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations, to ensure proper handling of accounts receivables.
Contribute to team success: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve team goals and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
