Salesforce Developer / Admin
Hiring a Salesforce Developer who will build, configure, and maintain the Salesforce platform to drive efficiency and enable operational excellence and strategic growth. Responsibilities • Customize and maintain Salesforce page layouts, objects, and security settings. • Build and optimize flows to automate business processes. • Create and maintain reports, list views, and dashboards to support decision-making. • Develop Apex classes, triggers, and other programmatic solutions when needed. • Collaborate with IT leadership to implement solutions that balance simplicity, scalability, and maintainability. • Ensure Salesforce configuration and development is well-documented and aligned with best practices. • Participate in team meetings to provide updates and technical input on Salesforce solutions. Requirements • Minimum 3 years of Salesforce experience (admin and/or development). • Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification is preferred. • Solid understanding of Salesforce Flows, object configuration, and reporting tools. • Working knowledge of Apex programming fundamentals. • Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in meetings. • Ability to balance speed and accuracy-delivering solutions quickly while maintaining quality and avoiding rework. • Strong aptitude for problem-solving and eagerness to learn new Salesforce features.
