Senior Solutions Engineer (US)
Job Summary
As a NetApp Solutions Engineer (SE) supporting major Federal Systems Integrator (FSI) accounts in the U.S. Public Sector, you will combine deep technical expertise with business acumen to design and deliver dataâdriven solutions that advance federal missions. Youâll partner closely with large FSIs, end customers, and internal NetApp teams to position NetAppâs Intelligent Data Infrastructure across complex, multiâdomain programs. This role is part of the Federal Systems Integrator SE team, with a focus on highâimpact, strategic FSI relationships.Job Requirements
Partner with account executives to develop technical strategies that expand NetAppâs presence and influence across major FSI accounts, programs, and federal agencies.
Architect and design hybrid multiâcloud solutions that integrate NetApp technologies with key ecosystem partners to meet customer mission outcomes.
Advise and collaborate with account teams and technical specialists to leverage broader NetApp and partner resources in support of large, complex FSIâled programs.
Conduct customer and partner engagements, demonstrations, and proofs of concept, guiding customers through solution validation and adoption.
Build trusted relationships with FSI technical leadership, customer engineering teams, program management, and technical decisionâmakers, clearly articulating the business and mission value of NetApp solutions.
Represent NetApp at industry events, partner briefings, and customer meetings, both in person and virtually.
Provide technical mentorship to peers and contribute to strategic pursuits and capture activities supporting large FSI programs.

You thrive in a collaborative, fastâpaced environment supporting complex federal program landscapes and long sales cycles.
Education & Experience
Experience architecting or operating enterprise data infrastructure, including storage, cloud, and data management platforms.
Expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Resiliency, Data Security, and IT Automation/Orchestration.
Proven experience building onâpremises and hybrid multiâcloud solutions across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and/or classified environments.
Familiarity with Federal Systems Integrators, contract capture cycles, and federal program delivery models.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust across technical and business stakeholders.
Typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience with a bachelorâs degree (or equivalent work experience).
U.S. citizenship required; active Security Clearance preferred.
