Client Relations Manager - Work from home
As the Client Relations Manager at Tesla, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing client relationships in the San Diego, California area. This is a part-time, work-from-home position requiring 7 years of experience in a client-facing role. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, reliable, possess strong problem-solving skills, and excel in presentations.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with Tesla products and services
- Managing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients
- Analyzing client data and trends to improve overall client experience
- Developing and implementing client engagement strategies to increase retention and loyalty
- Providing regular updates and reports to senior management on client relations metrics
Requirements:
- 7 years of experience in a client-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
