Job Summary: The Senior Application Development Project Manager will oversee and manage multiple enterprise-level business application projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly within the realm of application development, and will be comfortable working with the Microsoft technology stack, including .NET, SQL, and Azure Cloud. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira is essential. This role is primarily remote, but candidates must be within driving distance of Johnston, RI, to attend in-office meetings a few times per month.

Pay: $70 - $75/hr W2

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage multiple application development projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
• Manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and solutions to keep projects on track.
• Ensure that project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management, highlighting progress, risks, and any changes to project scope or timelines.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, encouraging continuous improvement and innovation.

Experience Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in application development projects.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft technology stack, including .NET, SQL, and Azure Cloud.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
