Key Responsibilities As a Senior Software Engineer - Supply Chain at Workwarp, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks that drive the development, deployment, and maintenance of our software applications. Your key responsibilities will include: Delivery and Execution (50%): Develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications with a clear understanding of the value they provide to customers and associates. Work closely with the Product Team to ensure user stories are valuable, developer-ready, easy to understand, and testable. Supports and Enables (10%): Help grow junior engineers by providing guidance on modern software development frameworks and leading technical discussions. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To excel as a Senior Software Engineer - Supply Chain at Workwarp, you'll need to possess a strong foundation in software development, along with a passion for innovation and collaboration. The following qualifications are essential or preferred for this role: Essential Qualifications: Must be eighteen years of age or older. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a field related to the job, such as computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline. A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in software development. Preferred Qualifications: 2-4 years of relevant work experience in supply chain or logistics software development. Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies such as Java, Golang, and JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks. Experience with object-oriented programming languages, preferably Java. Knowledge of relational or NoSQL database technology and cloud computing techniques. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and modern software design patterns. Experience with security frameworks for user and services authorization and authentication. Skills in creating and executing unit, functional, destructive, and performance tests. Knowledge of modern debugging and root cause analysis techniques. Experience with version control systems.
