As a seasoned traveler with excellent communication skills, you will provide top-notch support to our Director of Logistics and deliver exceptional customer service to our clients. If you have a passion for travel, experience working with teenagers and parents, and at least one year of logistics or office experience, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: • Coordinate transportation details, including airfare ticketing, to ensure seamless travel experiences for our clients • Communicate effectively with parents via phone and email to discuss necessary paperwork and provide expert advice on travel arrangements • Offer prompt, accurate, and courteous service to clients, responding to their questions, concerns, and inquiries with professionalism and empathy • Provide exceptional customer service through written and spoken communication, ensuring a positive experience for our clients Qualifications: • 1-3 years of office and/or logistics experience, with a focus on attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English and ideally proficiency in at least one other language • Ability to maintain a positive attitude, even in challenging situations, and work well in a team environment • Intimate knowledge of locations and cultures where we travel, with a passion for working with teens and experience in the field • College degree preferred, with a strong emphasis on education and personal development Submit Your Application: Don't miss this opportunity to join our dynamic team and make a significant impact in the lives of our clients.
