About the Role We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our Identity Experience Management Team. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying software that delivers exceptional user experiences while maintaining the highest standards of security. Your expertise in front-end technologies, including React, Node.js, and Webpack, will be crucial in driving our identity and security solutions forward. Key Responsibilities Delivery and Execution (50%): Develop, test, deploy, and maintain software that meets the highest standards of quality and security Take on new challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm Consistently achieve results, even in tough circumstances Create test suites to enable rapid deployment of code to production Approach issues with a broad view, using a global lens to identify and solve problems Learns and Grows (20%): Learn through successful and failed experiments when tackling new problems Actively seek ways to grow and be challenged using both formal and informal development channels Plans and Aligns (20%): Collaborate with other team members in agile processes to drive project success Create new and better ways for the organization to be successful Work with the Product Team to ensure user stories are valuable, developer-ready, easy to understand, and testable Deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences Adapt approach and demeanor in real-time to match the shifting demands of different situations Supports and Enables (10%): Help grow junior engineers by providing guidance on modern software development frameworks and leading technical discussions Essential Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Senior Frontend Engineer or similar role, with a focus on building responsive, user-friendly interfaces Expertise in JavaScript development, with advanced knowledge of React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform services, particularly those supporting frontend applications Proficiency in building and integrating RESTful APIs to connect frontend applications with backend services Demonstrated experience in implementing secure authentication systems and handling OAuth, OpenID Connect, or other authentication protocols Familiarity with frontend security best practices, including Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) and Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) prevention Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and the ability to collaborate with design teams to deliver high-quality, user-centered experiences Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and passion for optimizing user experiences Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a field related to the job, such as Computer Science or Software Engineering Proven track record of delivering high-performance, responsive web applications under tight deadlines Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, participating in Agile development processes, and independently when required What We Offer At Workwarp, we offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package that reflects our commitment to your well-being and success.
