About the Remote SkillBridge Program This unique opportunity is designed specifically for Military Service members who are transitioning from the military during their last 180 days in service. As a Data Entry Specialist Intern, you will embark on a 90-180 day job training program, where you will learn and perform the full life-cycle project management process for all departments across the enterprise. Primary Function and Job Summary In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into blithequark's databases and systems. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical part in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our data, which is essential for informed decision-making and exceptional patient care. Your attention to detail, speed, and accuracy will be essential in this role, as you will be working with sensitive information and contributing to the success of our team. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to quality standards. Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting errors or discrepancies as needed. Update and maintain data records as necessary, ensuring that all information is current and accurate. Perform regular data quality checks to ensure data integrity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions as needed. Maintain documentation of data entry processes and procedures, contributing to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures. Assist with data-related tasks and projects as needed, providing support to the team and contributing to the achievement of our goals. Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in basic computer skills and data entry principles. Experience: Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred, although we are willing to train the right candidate. Skills: Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly. Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with a high level of attention to detail and ability to focus on complex tasks. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and correct errors or discrepancies. Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
