Every line of code, every product release, and every conversation with our customers brings us closer to ensuring no patient’s treatment quality depends on where they live.Why This Role MattersIn this role you will lead software development for ChartCheck, one of Radformation’s core applications that helps clinics identify potential errors and improve treatment safety. You will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, ensuring our software is robust, scalable, and reliable. You will work closely with Engineering, Product, and Clinical teams to deliver features that directly improve cancer care delivery worldwide.Responsibilities IncludeOwn all aspects of coding and software development for ChartCheck, both front end and back end
Design, code, and maintain scalable, production-quality software in C# and JavaScript
Develop features across web and cloud-based systems, spanning frontend and backend
Ensure code quality through testing, thoughtful reviews, and clear documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions for clinics
Identify, troubleshoot, and proactively resolve technical challenges
Manage work independently and clearly track tasks in a traceable way (tickets, documentation, etc.)
Share knowledge clearly and respectfully help teammates learn
Maintain a commitment to tested, maintainable, and secure code
Required ExperienceBS in Computer Science or related field; MS preferred
At least 5 years of professional software development experience
Deep programming expertise in a high-level language (C#, C++, or Java)
Full-stack development experience in web and cloud systems
Database experience with MongoDB, MS SQL, or PostgreSQL
Preferred ExperienceWPF / C#.NET
C# .NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Lit (or equivalent)
Clinical programming experience with HL7 or DICOM
Familiarity with HIPAA and medical device regulations
Cybersecurity and software risk management knowledge
