Senior Social Media Operations Manager

## As a Senior Social Media Operations Manager in our BNB Chain team, you will be responsible for:
Day-to-day social media operations: generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
Produce and edit video content for social media platforms
Design and implement social media strategies to align with business goals
Plan and implement online activities to develop brand awareness, such as promotions, competitions, AMAs, etc.
Communicate with users, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor issues
Maintain the relationship with KOL and cooperate with influencers on social media to drive followers & users acquisition
Monitor social media traffic metrics, and stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

## Qualifications
Requirements:
Proven rich experience in social media content operations
Excellent copywriting skills and ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
Familiarity with content strategy, integrated marketing, virus activity, etc.
Fluency in English for team communication
Attention to detail with superior organizational and communication skills
Excellent project and time management skills; able to prioritize and work under pressure
Able to adapt well in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Ads, communications or related field interest and general knowledge of the cryptocurrency/blockchain industry
At least 5 years of related experience in social media or marketing operations
Ability to adapt to remote working arrangement
Experience working in the blockchain industry and Web3 is preferred
