This remote position as an Admin Assistant offers an excellent opportunity to support the Banking & Financial Services department within the financial services industry. Description • Provide administrative support to the Banking & Financial Services department. • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communication for team members. • Prepare, organize, and maintain documents and records with accuracy. • Assist with data entry and report preparation as required. • Respond to internal and external inquiries professionally and promptly. • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations. • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines effectively. • Support additional administrative duties as assigned.
