About the Role : Dragos is seeking an experienced Security Administrator focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM). In this hands-on role, you’ll play a key part in protecting our organization by ensuring secure, efficient, least-privilege access for every user. You’ll monitor and manage identity solutions day-to-day, partner with senior security engineers and IT teams, and strengthen our access controls. Responsibilities : Support the administration and monitoring of IAM and PAM platforms. Administer user provisioning, de-provisioning, role assignments, and periodic access reviews. Troubleshoot identity-related access problems and assist end users with login/authentication issues. Monitor privileged access activity, credential management, and session logs. Work with senior engineers to implement secure access controls and conditional access policies. Participate in compliance and audit efforts by providing identity-related evidence and reports. Contribute to process documentation, knowledge articles, and runbooks for IAM/PAM operations. Stay current on identity trends and best practices, contributing ideas for process improvements. Requirements : 2–4 years of IT or security experience, with exposure to IAM and/or PAM. Familiarity with identity concepts such as authentication, authorization, SSO, federation (SAML/OIDC), and least-privilege models. Experience with directory services (Active Directory, Azure AD, Entra ID) in enterprise environments. Understanding of access governance and lifecycle management practices. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across teams. Exposure to regulatory frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, PCI-DSS) is a plus. Nice to Haves: Experience with PAM tools (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea/Thycotic). Familiarity with Zero Trust security concepts and conditional access controls. Experience supporting security audits or identity governance initiatives. Basic scripting or automation knowledge (PowerShell, Python).
