Senior Scientist, Early Clinical Scientist (Remote)

Merck & Co. is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Scientist, Early Clinical Scientist to join our team. This is a remote position and requires an individual with strong organizational and communication skills who is passionate about advancing clinical development research. We are looking for a motivated individual with a degree in a life science field, such as biochemistry, molecular biology, or pharmacology, and at least 3-5 years of experience in clinical development and/or translational science. The ideal candidate must have experience in clinical trial design, phase I-III clinical trials, and regulatory submission. Additionally, the candidate should have an understanding of clinical research regulations and FDA guidance documents, as well as a strong knowledge of statistical methodology. This individual should be an innovative problem solver who is comfortable working with minimal supervision and can collaborate with clinical trial personnel, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders. The successful individual will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
