Accountabilities • Conduct technical product demonstrations and address client questions both onsite and virtually. • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and present customized solutions. • Support the sales process through proposal development, RFP responses, and solution architecture. • Position products against competitors, highlighting differentiators and value propositions. • Maintain in‑depth knowledge of product features, upcoming enhancements, and industry trends. • Gather client feedback to identify potential product gaps or enhancements and communicate insights to Product Management. • Represent the company at conferences and events to promote products and solutions. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred. • 7+ years of experience in technical sales, pre‑sales engineering, or a similar role within financial services or fintech. • Strong understanding of banking software, fintech solutions, and financial institution workflows. • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem‑solving skills. • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for clients. • Familiarity with consultative, strategic, and conceptual selling methodologies. • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and presentations.
