Senior Sales Engineer/Solutions Architect experienced solutioning CCaaS solutions that deliver outstanding Customer Experience. Expertise in one or more market leading CCaaS solutions (Avaya, Genesys, Amazon, NICE, Five9s, etc.) with an emphasis on customer-facing demo in proof of concept design.
Your Impact:
Ā Review RFP requirements while leading solution design
Ā Develop and deliver technical presentations
Ā Provide technical product expertise during sales opportunities, both in person and remotely, to include providing live product demonstrations
Ā Build and configure demo scenarios in Genesys or NICE CXone Cloud Admin and Architect including ACD, IVR, outbound dialers, queuing, skilling, quality, ACD, Email, Web Messaging, and SMS and other digital channels
Your Qualifications:
Ā 7 years of technology related sales or business development experience with direct field experience selling complex transformational technology solutions to Fortune 5000 companies.
Ā A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or MIS, or equivalent experience.
Ā Genesys Cloud certification
Ā Knowledge of contact center skills, including ACD, IVR, NLP, automated dialers, queuing, skilling, VoIP, DID, TFN, DNIS, call recording and screen recording, quality, ACD Email, Web Messaging and SMS
Ā Experience working with Google Cloud, AWS / AWS AI and ML, AWS Lambda, Amazon Lexbots, and Microsoft Azure
Ā Knowledge of other contact center platforms and VoIP protocols
Ā Experience interacting with customers, senior-level personnel and Team members
Ā Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Teams and MS Outlook
